Restrictions on Certain Transfers of Claims
and Interests Against Debtors' Estates

Any sale or other transfer in violation of the procedures set forth shall be null and void ab initio and/or subject to sanctions as an act in violation of the automatic stay under section 362 of the Bankruptcy Code.
